  • From 1-hour to ½ day to full day to 2-day
Number of People
  • Smaller (5-20) workshops will be more personal, interactive and experiential
  • Medium (20-40) workshops will be personal, interactive and experiential
  • Larger groups (40-100) may require modeling with volunteer group and large group reflection

Feedback After the Second Team Workshop at Day of Dialogue in the Academy for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Washington University

Faculty and staff from Washington University attend the Day of Dialogue Academy for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion workshops. They interacted creatively with a timeline of Washington University's history, situated in St. Louis history, developed with and for the Academy by Sarah Hobson and Adam Layne. They drew on an Academy developed framework that helped them explore Washington University's past in the context of learning how to make change in their own departments.
